“L’hotel in sé non è male, ma la moquette delle camere andrebbe sostituita perché puzza di umidità. In generale l’hotel andrebbe un po’ rinfrescato ma tutto sommato ok. Gradito l’aperitivo gratuito la sera e la colazione ben fatta e varia. Il down town di orlando non vale la visita”

“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“The hotel is fine if you're there for business in the media area. The staff was wonderful, and the elevator was a godsend. We enjoyed both the second-floor outdoor lounge and the indoor lounge. A couple of minor things: the lamps could be turned to the side for reading in bed. Unfortunately, my sister saw cockroaches running around in the shower stall, which was unpleasant. ”

“A very nice hotel in a great area of Orlando. Rooms were spacious, modern-looking, well laid out and clean. Breakfast was above average compared to a typical hotel. Hot brewed complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs. ”

“I did not know where to book after attending a conference in Orlando, and this place was more than perfect. Everything was clean and updated. I was able to walk to stores and restaurants, and the whole vibe was peaceful. The staff, like all the staff, were friendly. The gym was great, well-equipped, clean, and bright. I will definitely book here again. I was so happy to be here. ”

“I was there for three nights and housekeeping didn't it come at all. Amenities were all extra charges, including water even though the sink water was not drinkable. The staff was super nice and helpful consistently, and the property was comfortable.”
