“Nice hotel, comfortable and clean ”

“The room had a distinct sewage/mildew smell. Extremely prevalent in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk immediately, and was told " it's very common there, and I should open the window, and run the shower simultaneously, and that should help with the smell a bit". The front desk also brought down a bottle of disinfectant to " help with the smell". I also was never informed before or after booking that the pool was unavailable! The hotel claimed it was on their website, but I booked...

“Very nice B&B, with a very gracious host who served us a wonderful breakfast.”

“Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off.”

“There was no running water for a period of time on our second day. I responded to “Erika” via text and communicated the no water situation. There was no offer of water bottles or water buckets to flush toilet. The text message back said to wait until repair was done. Renovated 3rd floor had splattering of paint on bathroom tile floor. The do not disturb sign falls off the door handle. Cabinet door for fridge unit rattled when walking by… annoying.”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”
