“The room was decently clean but a huge turn off is that there’s no staff available before 9 AM. I turned on the AC and kettle at the same time and the power tripped. Luckily it was at 8 AM and we were leaving anyway. That’s when we got to know that there’s no one to get it fixed. So if there’s any issue during the night… you are on your own. Not great.”

“Just don't stay here. I booked in error meaning to book at the Harrison BEACH Hotel which is actually very nice. This place should be torn down if they're not even going to try. Dirty stained carpet, plugged tub, nit enough towels or tp, air conditioner didn't work. Room was so hot and stuffy. Love the village! Still had a great time because I was with my girls and we just live Harrison Hot Springs. Will NEVER make the mistake of staying here again.”

“Front desk were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful during a booking issue, and were always a friendly face to chat with when coming and going. The room was perfect. Good AC, spacious suite, well stocked kitchenette. Pet-friendly, they even had a little bowl set and care kit for our pup upon arrival :) Housekeeping was super friendly to chat to, and seemed to love being there. This will be our new go-to hotel when booking Harrison!”
