“The room was decently clean but a huge turn off is that there’s no staff available before 9 AM. I turned on the AC and kettle at the same time and the power tripped. Luckily it was at 8 AM and we were leaving anyway. That’s when we got to know that there’s no one to get it fixed. So if there’s any issue during the night… you are on your own. Not great.”

“Front desk was very nice, Old A/C but it worked, Morning breakfast was OK.”

“This isn't a fancy place, but it's clean, comfortable and has everything you need from the basics to a fridge and TV. I would only ask for another lamp for additional lighting near the beds, but this was a minor issue.”

“Just don't stay here. I booked in error meaning to book at the Harrison BEACH Hotel which is actually very nice. This place should be torn down if they're not even going to try. Dirty stained carpet, plugged tub, nit enough towels or tp, air conditioner didn't work. Room was so hot and stuffy. Love the village! Still had a great time because I was with my girls and we just live Harrison Hot Springs. Will NEVER make the mistake of staying here again.”

“the room was clean and had an excellent view of the lake. some part of the washroom shows wear and tear but still working well so no complaints. pool (hot spring) was really good. lots of activities to do, and walking trails all around”

“Didnt like that the room was not disabled friendly. tUB / Shower vice shower only No grab bars and low toilet. We managed OK”

“Front desk were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful during a booking issue, and were always a friendly face to chat with when coming and going. The room was perfect. Good AC, spacious suite, well stocked kitchenette. Pet-friendly, they even had a little bowl set and care kit for our pup upon arrival :) Housekeeping was super friendly to chat to, and seemed to love being there. This will be our new go-to hotel when booking Harrison!”

“The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Anything that we needed or asked was a breeze of refreshing helpful information or providing us with any needs such as extra towels and toiletries. Very handy to have coffee and hot chocolate 24/ 7. Breakfast was nice to have on hand for easy start to the day. The pool was very fun. My little 6 year old couldn't get enough of it. We had super fun on the slide as well. Made everyone giggle and laugh as adults fly down.”

“This was the cutest little cottage! Although it is pretty tiny…or cozy is a better description; there was nothing missing, no detail forgotten, in this little cabin. It was in immaculate condition, & the grounds are well tended to. Theres plenty of places to relax: in loungers, the tree swing, a hammock, & the hot tub! It was a very comfortable stay.”
