Hotel a Lake Errock

“Clean room except for the bath tub plug didn’t work and the door squeaked quite loudly. The check in staff were excellent and friendly. Ample parking a we felt we were in a safe area. Breakfast was very satisfactory and the lady that looked after it was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This was an amazing stay for the kind of gateway I was looking for. There’s lots of parking spots and easy to navigate. The room had a good balcony lake view, kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker with coffee/tea pods and cutlery. The room is nice and cosy with just one cosy chair though. The bed was comfy although the comforter and pillows smelled not so good; The odour felt like the beddings had been re-used and hadn’t been washed from previous stays. The...

“Staf was great. Loved the setting. Great pools, good food. Copper Room dine and dance was wonderful.”

“Blankets pillow bed and bedsheets looked like they were old and the cheapest quality one could buy. The room loooked like it was from the 80s (i stayed in the 2nd building) No usb chargers anywhere in room Same with the breakfast. Cheap cheap cheap quality food. Powdered eggs and the worst sausages. Coffee was meh. Literally the second 11am hit they were knocking on my door asking if i was checked out and if they could clean the room. I was only about 15 minutes away from being ready to leave....

“Loved that the hotel has free EV charging. Spacious rooms that is well equipped. There is even a white noise machine! The only thing strange I think can be improved is a lot of light bulbs in the rooms are really white/cool. Would prefer to have warmer/yellow light.”

“The pool and water slide were great. The breakfast was perfect and very friendly woman running it. Our bed had a sag on one side so you either had to be in the middle or if felt like you were falling out. A baseball team was sharing the floor and were quite noisy and did some prank calls to our room until we unplugged the phone.”

“Check in staff gave wrong information, said it would be easier to unload bags after parking at the back, we regretted listening to him, it was horrible dragging all our luggage’s across uneven pavement at night to find back door after check in. Underground parking was full too. ”
