“As always I love the pools, just be warned during the day it’s quite loud with kids playing and at night it can get a bit rowdy. The view in my room was amazing and the staff was great. We ended up getting an upgrade as it was our anniversary. The room was spacious and it was clean but it was quite dated and I did notice some cob webs. It didn’t affect our stay but I could see being upset if we had paid the price of the upgraded room to have cob webs.”

“This was an amazing stay for the kind of gateway I was looking for. There’s lots of parking spots and easy to navigate. The room had a good balcony lake view, kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker with coffee/tea pods and cutlery. The room is nice and cosy with just one cosy chair though. The bed was comfy although the comforter and pillows smelled not so good; The odour felt like the beddings had been re-used and hadn’t been washed from previous stays. The...

“I liked that the bedding wasn't the usual bedding that these places have. I liked that it had a big TV and larger fridge, but as for the mattress, it was too firm for us! I was in the washroom and looking around and it was a bit dirty and it looked like it could use some fixing up! “Well we had such a great experience here. I have travelled a lot & have stayed in many hotels, so I do have many experiences with which to compare with. From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed. Douglas at the front desk was so accommodating & professional. He got us checked in & settled in virtually no time.
