“You add a pool or hot tub and you can pay for the added sales and price point in 6 months. I have never been to a cleaner property IN MY ENTIRE LIFETIME! I’ve travelled the world and I am gob smacked as to how clean and how friendly the staff was/is. The continental breakfast was also uniquely well represented. ”

“This property is declining. We stayed there a year ago and there is a marked decline in the overall finishes of the property since then. The exterior and interior need repainting. There is failed wallpaper in the halls. There was a large oil spill in the parade that I stepped in and nearly fell when i exited my vehicle. The canopy in the courtyard is ripped and failing in a number of areas. Carpets need replacing throughout. The fridge in the room sits on the floor and slants toward the carpet...
