“Ok”

“Staff was friendly, full kitchen including washer/dryer, clean and comfortable. Ideally located. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“Caratteristico hotel inglese in centrocittà camere confortevoli personale disponibilissimo”

“overall ok..bathroom was very small..impossible to wash face/hands without spilling water on the floor..”

“On the plus side, the bathroom was very clean. On the downside, there was no hot water in the shower. There was no alarm clock, or any clock, anywhere. There were no kleenex. The ceiling in the bedroom had water damage. The "hotel" had no staff. There was a number to call with questions, but nobody answered. “very modern and clean room”

“Had to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency and flight cancellation. Contacted all hotels we had booked—five refunded us without issue. Even Ryanair did. Cairn Hotel was the only one that flat-out refused, no empathy, no flexibility, not even a partial credit. I explained everything, even pleaded—but they just hid behind their “policy.” I could’ve paid more for the flexible rate, but budget was tight. Shame, because we were really looking forward to staying. Very disappointing experience.”
