“The room was clean and the staff friendly. I probably would not come here again mainly because they do not serve breakfast. Their website states that breakfast is made to order and I recall seeing it on the expedia page but then was notified a day before about where to go for food instead. I asked on arrival and they have not served breakfast in 3 years. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. The shower had someone else's soap in it and the body wash was never renewed after use. “Had to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency and flight cancellation. Contacted all hotels we had booked—five refunded us without issue. Even Ryanair did. Cairn Hotel was the only one that flat-out refused, no empathy, no flexibility, not even a partial credit. I explained everything, even pleaded—but they just hid behind their “policy.” I could’ve paid more for the flexible rate, but budget was tight. Shame, because we were really looking forward to staying. Very disappointing experience.”

“Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer.”

“A great place to stay. Plenty of private parking at the hotel. This place is 100m from the centre of town. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Warm clean and good sized room. The town is beautiful with plenty of bars and restaurants and beautiful buildings bridges and a castle ”

“Sinceramente, non sono abituato a dare voti negativi, ma il servizio davvero inesistente. Camere pulite, in generale struttura pulita, ma antica e con un po’ di scomodità.. per questi motivi trovo il prezzo troppo alto..”
