Hotel a Harshaw

“We stayed at this hotel once before, several years back. Hotel staff was very friendly, but the room was not as clean as we expected. The carpet was quite dirty and worn. The biggest worry we had, was there were extension outlets plugs. There were not enough outlets to accommodate our phone chargers and my hearing aid charger. We felt that the money we spent was not in line with the accommodations. It was ok for the one night we spent there, but I don’t think we will be going back.”

Beautiful and private lake. Indoor and outdoor amenities amazing. Like the treehouse gazebo. Owners amazing and helpful. Easy booking and transactions. My husband and two adult sons stayed and had a great time. We have stayed many BNBs over the years. This is tops. We will be back”

“Very clean and new. Breakfast was good, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs & sausage along with waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit. We didn’t use pool or hot tub but they looked good. Plenty of parking.”

“Currently doing some renovations. Carpeting being replaced in various locations and the new carpet rolls were outside under the entrance potico. Other than that, everything was good.”

“Very comfortable and nice breakfast selection. My only complaint would be the pool has some lights out (in the pool) which makes it appear to be dirty, but it’s not.”

“We absolutely loved The Pointe. It was clean and stocked with kitchen items to make our own meals. The decor was woodsy and cozy, and the whole place was well maintained. The balcony overlooked the water and it was mostly calm and serene. We were there for a baseball tournament and the other parents were envious when they asked about our accommodations and we told them how great it was!”

“The hotel cancelled my reservation as I was sitting in my truck in their parking lot, 38 minutes before check-in at 2pm. I will copy paste the message below. Also I have called expedite no less than five times trying to get my money refunded. And I am still trying. So DO NOT go to this hotel. “The facilities and room were very clean. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was the wifi was very spotty...not a major issue but worth noting.”
