“the front desk was excellent . the shuttle driver was very gracious my husband arrived 1:30 in the morning after a ski trip drove him to the car so he could put his skis in the car, waited for him and drove him to the front door again Just the extra little service! ”

“Room was clean, warm, comfy, well located . Staff greeted us warmly. All of our needs were promptly met. Parking was easily accessible.Best of all -Cappuccino machine, cookies and fruit in lobby. Great fresh morning breakfast as well. ”

The General Manager Mike demonstrated excellent customer service even going above and beyond his daily tasks to accommodate me during an overnight winter storm. ”

“Parking and check in were easy. I was in East Windsor for a family event for New Year’s Eve and it was cold out. There is no temperature thermostat. It’s just “on” or off. There is a knob to adjust heat output, but sooner or later it will be either too hot or too cold. You literally have to keep getting up during the night, turning it off, or turning it on: either boiling hot and uncomfortably cold. This is the 21st century. It’s not rocket science to install a thermostat with a feedback...
