“Our 2 day stay here was rough. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub, which was out of use due to chemical problems. While I know this happens, I had called the day prior to our stay (as I was making the reservation) and the staff lied to me, saying that it was open. (We later learned it had been closed for over a week already.) The pool room was very cold, as was the water. No water fun for a stay that was literally scheduled for water fun.
