This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is in a super convenient downtown spot, great for both business trips and getaways. While the building itself is older and currently undergoing some renovations, the location can’t be beat! Just a heads-up that we don’t manage the common areas outside the unit.

Maximum number of pets allowed - 1 (maximum weight 50 lb.) must be approved first.

📝 We do not have access to a mailbox for mail. Please consider this before making a booking

Tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner

📝 HVAC:
AC/heat controls by the living room couch. HVAC operates seasonally.
May 15 to October 1: AC only
October 1 to May 15: Heat only

📝 Long Stays: 7 nights and above
Guests must replenish toiletries as needed
We provide toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience upon check-in. Please note that if you need additional supplies during your stay, you'll need to purchase them.

📝 Monthly Extermination Notice
Please be aware that there is a mandatory monthly extermination service conducted in the building. The extermination typically takes place during business hours, and you will be notified in advance of the scheduled date. Access to your unit will be required to ensure effective treatment. We kindly ask that all pets are secured during this service for their safety

📝 Building renovations are from 10 AM to 6 PM with minimal noise.

📝 If our check-in and check-out times don’t fit your plans, we kindly ask you to consider this before making a reservation.

📝 Additional Key Request
We provide one set of keys for the unit. Additional keys are not available.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Options

We’re happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times and must be requested ahead of time. Approval is subject to availability.

🔹 Early Check-In:
Check in as early as 2:00 PM for a $50 fee.

🔹 Late Check-Out:
Check out by 12:00 PM for a $50 fee.

Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled
