“It seems like this hotel is a work hotel ,where construction workers stay, there were several of them back and forth The carpet carried a heavy order and the rooms was cleaned or vacuumed Curtains was dirty, room door did not close ,bathroom tub was clogged,toilet door was broken, ironing board was broken and the list goes on. In order to keep a good reputation for this Hotel something has to be done.”

“What a great hotel! We've stayed at so many in Florence, but first time here. Very nice. Love that the pool is outside!! Love the room with nice big fridge and freezer, we got ice cream from Brusters and put it in the freezer till we were ready to have it. Was a nice night for sitting out by the pool, and quiet, some hotels have nothing but highway noise. Pool was clean and the water was nice. Not too cold! Good breakfast!
