Hotel a Hartsville

“Pool was closed most of the time. Breakfast was cheap prepackaged snack cakes. Room was fine.”

“I booked a king all they had was a full they said both of them cost the same amount and gave me a full although I booked a king online through Expedia. The pool is dirty. They accused me of stealing the towels and smoking in the room refused to give me my deposit back I will never stay here again.”

“It seems like this hotel is a work hotel ,where construction workers stay, there were several of them back and forth The carpet carried a heavy order and the rooms was cleaned or vacuumed Curtains was dirty, room door did not close ,bathroom tub was clogged,toilet door was broken, ironing board was broken and the list goes on. In order to keep a good reputation for this Hotel something has to be done.”

“Most amazing stay! Very location to the heart of hartsville! The suites are apartment style with all of the amenities you could ever need for your stay! The staff is so kind and inviting! Already booked our next stay, can’t wait to come back!”

“Clean room. Nice bed”

“It's decent for the price and great for a quick night's rest. Overall the room was nice as far as the comfort of the bed and pillows. There was no shower liner however which was weird being that the shower curtain itself had been cut short. Do not expect a breakfast that you'd find at Holiday Inn here. It's very limited so grabbing breakfast elsewhere is your best bet. If I needed to grab a room for a quick layover this is it but definitely not for multiple days. Still an easy 4 out of 5 for me...

“Upon arrival I found that the room was attractive, clean, and smelled fresh, no chemical smells or sticky surfaces. I love the colors and simple modern furnishings, comfy bed and fresh, clean bed clothes. I enjoyed being in the room! There was a nice size mini-fridge (with freezer area for ice packs), a new microwave, plenty of hot water…”

“Dirty room, stains, dirt bathroom, not sure if tea, small cupcakes and bread called a breakfast. Never again.”

“Once you arrive staff is super helpful with check in and all! The room is clean and nice especially if it’s a quick stay!! Only issue is other guest around you being loud etc!! I would stay again”

“Excellent check in process. Clean, large rooms. Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast.”

“The hotel is horrible. There are a lot of people doing drugs in the back area and a lot of homeless people. People were knocking on our door in the middle of the night. I don't recommend it.”

“The toilet of our first room was nasty. I showed splashes of doo doo under the seat and in the bowl. The lady on the front desk was awesome. She changed is to another room. Then we found that the sheets between the comforter and the fitted was missing. Not to mention that the body wash bottle was left empty on the sink counter. This falls under housekeeping. Someone needs to do some supervising. It's bad because the place was recently renovated and it actually looks nice.”
