“Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

“Beautiful historic, loved its charm and location to the park across the street. Older hotel, so it did not have air-conditioning. During our trip it was pretty overcast and chilly, but our bedroom got very hot during the night. We had to use multiple portable fans. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got the one bedroom suite, perfect amount of room for our family of four.”

“What a treasure we found! Everything was fabulous especially the staff and the breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and we were even able to pay for parking on-site. I highly recommend this little gem.”

“Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future.”

“I rated it 5 stars relative to the price I paid. For the price, it absolutely delivers. It's very basic and pretty much just for sleeping and showering (it has shared shower). I spent most of my time outside to be honest and it was for few days only.”

“Camera spaziosa e pulita, con cambio asciugamano giornaliero. Il personale ok. La colazione è abbastanza con prodotti di qualità medi.”

“Nice motel style structure, heated pool and clean rooms. Had a nice style to the property. Breakfast available in the foyer. Parking right outside the front door (big plus in SF). On the downside the hotel had lots of people hanging around outside the property all day and we sadly didn't feel that safe to walk around with our two teenagers.”
