Charming Classic Cape Home Confinante con la pista ciclabile per famiglie a Harwich

Vieni ad Harwich e soggiorna nella nostra casa in stile mantello incontaminato in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro, in un sette cul-de-sac in cui si trova la Cape Cod Rail Trail (CCRT). E 'vicino a tutti i servizi che il Capo ha da offrire tra cui breve passeggiata a Hinckley e stagni lungo dal CCRT. Le spiagge di Harwich sono a soli 3 miglia! La spiaggia di Red River con le sue acque calde delle spiagge di Nantucket Sound e Pleasant Street sono due dei nostri preferiti!

La posizione è perfetta per quelle mattine mattutine o passeggiate serali in qualsiasi momento dell'anno! Questa proprietà arredata con gusto a tema nautico / spiaggia dispone di 3 camere da letto tutte con letti king size, 3 bagni e una suite padronale con vasca idromassaggio. Le lenzuola sono incluse. C'è letto aggiuntivo al piano inferiore con letti a castello e una culla pieghevole è inoltre disponibile.

Il nostro delizioso proprietario gestito a casa è stato rinnovato nel 2018 per includere nuovi mobili da cucina in acero ben attrezzati e pavimenti in legno di quercia al primo piano. C'è un mazzo privato 20x13 con tavolo e sedie che si affacciano su un cortile erboso piatto ben curato abbastanza grande per giocare a palla, croquet, ecc. Muro di pietra con piantagioni mature forniscono privacy.

Rilassatevi nel luminoso e soleggiato soggiorno situato al primo piano con soffitto in palladio che conduce alla sala da pranzo e alle zone del ponte. La spaziosa doccia esterna rivestita in cedro rosso è classica per il mantello! Ci sono sedie a sdraio, tavole da bocce, ombrelloni da spiaggia, refrigeratori e giochi assortiti per il tuo uso. I servizi includono aria centrale più unità ductless nel seminterrato e MBR, internet wireless ad alta velocità (WIFI), TV intelligente, blu-ray, cavo e tutti i comfort moderni di casa. La griglia a gas è pronta per il barbecue.

Effettua il check-in venerdì per evitare il traffico pesante di Cape Cod, di solito visto di più con i cambi di sabato.

This is a wonderful home and Elaine is a terrific host, extremely responsive. The inside of the house was immaculate, We used the 2 big bedrooms upstairs with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning on the large deck off the kitchen overlooking the lovely yard The location is a quiet cul-de-sac with super easy access to the cape cod rail trail. We greatly enjoyed our walks on the trail every day with our dog free of any car traffic. The house is very convenient to route 6 if you need to get to the highway and roughly 10 minutes or so via local roads to Chatham. This was our 2nd time at Elaine's home and we hope to return

We absolutely love staying at Elaine’s home—this was our second time here, and we’ve already booked again for next year! The location couldn’t be better, with the Cape Cod Rail Trail right out back for walks or bike rides, and just a quick drive to some of our favorite beaches. The house itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). Elaine is a wonderful host—so accommodating and easy to communicate with, which makes the whole experience stress-free. This home has truly become our Cape tradition, and we can’t wait to return!

Great property. Very kid (infant and toddler) friendly with many thoughtful touches including door handle locks, toys, high chair, and more. We also appreciated how child proof the space is. The yard is large and private with mature landscaping. Backs directly up to the rail trail. Close to the highway but you can’t hear at it all. Centrally located on the cape. Would definitely stay again.

Fall colors of Cape Cod

The home was exactly as described and it was more cozy and comfortable than we could have hoped for. It was great after breakfast to be able to walk a paved trail directly behind the property thru the forest with the trees changing to brilliant colors of fall. The location to grocery stores, restaurants was also very convenient and we look forward to coming back to cape cod and definitely would want to stay here again.

Second Time Around

Perfect Cape Vacation at Penobscot Bliss

Visited Cape Cod last week of August in Penobscot Bliss. It was a vacation where we wanted to spend some quality time together with the family. Cape Cod is so perfect for family vacation with variety of activities available for families. Penobscot Bliss was great. We found it neat and clean and comfortable with all the required amenities needed for a nice family vacation. We used the first floor bedroom and the couple bedrooms upstairs and they are in great condition. Basement had the washer and dryer and we used it few times. Basement also has bunk beds for the kids but we didn’t use it. All the showers in both floors were nicely maintained. Deck, backyard and front yard were great to spend time in between the trips to surrounding towns like Brewster and Dennis. Harwich is a nice town itself with many nice beaches, hiking trails, eateries and restaurants. The backyard from this house directly connects to the bike trail which is great for biking and hiking. Flowering shrubs are nicely placed surrounding the yard. Loved the outdoor shower which is ideal to wash while coming back from the beach. The vacation house made our vacation in cape a memorable one.

Home away from home in convenient location!

This was our first time staying in the Cape as a family, and this spacious home was perfect for our needs. The property description was accurate and the host was a great communicator throughout the whole process. We loved the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms and the convenient access to the bike trail. We visited several towns and beaches and found this home in Harwich to be a short drive from everything. Would definitely choose to stay here again!!
