The Space:
The Lower Cape boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, alongside quintessential New England downtowns, where restaurants and shops await your vacation downtime. Life can get busy, get A Wave From It All!

Push open the front door, and step into a spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. A wall mounted TV and comfortable sofas are a great place to watch your favorite vacation flick, or whip up some treats in the stylish kitchen with breakfast bar and easy access to the home's dining room.

Downstairs, a bedroom with a king size bed is easily located off of the kitchen, while the remaining sleeping quarters are upstairs.

On the second floor, one bedroom houses two queen beds, while across the hall a family suite with a wide array of sleeping options is available. The kids will love the queen size daybed with pullout trundle in the outer room, while passing through brings you to the final bedroom with two queen beds.

Outside, a spacious deck with outdoor furniture is a great place to chow down outdoors. You can even let your pup run around in the backyard with plenty of room for them to tire themselves out.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a propane grill, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the Lower Cape this summer, where waves crash on shore and salt air breezes against your sun-soaked face. It’s time to get A Wave From It All!

Can't say enough great things about this house! The management company was extremely responsive with any questions I had. The house itself was pristine. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for our group. The large patio table was perfect for a large group. The neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this house!

Great layout, poor cleaning

The house worked great for our needs. We were disappointed on check in about the cleanliness of the property. The sheets were dirty, which the cleaning company came to resolve quickly, but there was also old food, dust, and dirt on the floor. For the cost of the house, we expected more. The house is also lacking some basic kitchen items - most importantly, grilling tools.

Enjoyed the home, fit our needs, enough space to accommodate our family. Great yard and deck, private and quiet. Kitchen could use more storage space and less glassware. Overall pleased with the property.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely little home in Harwich. We’ve been coming to The Cape for 30 years, and this ranks in the top five of our stays. One misleading item in the listing says there’s a gym and fitness equipment on the premises — there is not. I brought my workout clothes and couldn’t find anything! There’s plenty of room in the basement or garage — perhaps you should add a peloton or equivalent (or remove the mention of gym from the listing). Also, the kitchen flatware had very large spoons and very tiny spoons — maybe get some average sized spoons as well. 😊 Overall, the house was very clean, though there were some stains on the couch and the dining room chairs. But the house is beautifully appointed with charming Cape touches. All of the furniture is extremely comfortable and pleasing to the eye. One more suggestion: hang mirrors in the bedrooms! We ladies like to see how our outfits look before we head out the door! 😊 Thank you for a lovely stay on Cape Cod. ♥️

Great Stay!

We stayed at this home while attending a wedding on Cape Cod. This home is located in a very quiet and private neighborhood. The home was perfectly clean, well appointed and the beds were lovely. Great kitchen, great yard for our dog and a wonderful deck in the back yard. We would highly recommend this VRBO.
