“My family and I had a great stay. We were able to walk to the beach and thankfully all the beach gear we couldn’t pack was in the basement. Anything we needed or forgot to pack was there. The property is directly across from a park and there are plenty of places to eat just minutes away. The host was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!”

“The Genoa is a cozy cottage just across the street from Dennis Port beach. It was very clean. The photos and description were very accurate. We had everything we needed. There is a shed with beach chairs and toys to use. There is a patio with furniture and a grill which was very nice in the evening when there was shade.
