    The Space:

    Experience the relaxing summer vacation on the Cape that you've been dreaming of at this comfortable, quiet family home in Harwich Port just 1000 feet from a private beach (no permit required)! This conveniently located, air-conditioned retreat provides you with easy access to warm sand, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill to welcome you home each afternoon, and an elevated deck where you can admire the sunset sky and bask in the cool coastal breeze each evening. What's nearby: This home is located just up the street from the beach in Harwich Port, making it an ideal escape for those looking to spend the summer in the Cape Cod sunshine. You'll be half a mile south of Main Street (Route 28), which is home to an assortment of local restaurants and casual eateries, Shaw's grocery store, and such family-friendly attractions as Bud's Go-Karts. Whitehouse Field, the summertime home of the Harwich Mariners, is also only three miles northeast. Things to know Free WiFi Outdoor shower The fireplace is not for guest use.

Great weekend

We were in Harwich for a wedding and stayed two nights. The location of the property is amazing and is kept very well. As cape rentals go this is by far one of the best we have stayed in.

Happy Beach Vacation

We loved this hiouse! It had big, beautiful rooms with lots of windows and was decorated in a beach but classy style! We would definitely recommend it to our friends and relatives and will be back soon!

Great property and location

We have stayed in this area several times. This is a fantastic property! Clean, well laid out and with a second bathroom. The location to the beach is perfect. The house was ideal for our family.

Fabulous house

Pictures don’t do this house justice. The rooms are all quite large and comfy. The kitchen is beautiful, but could use a little brighter lighting. The quick walk to the private beach really makes the location exceptionally. If I’m ever back at the Cape we would rent again.

Great beach house

We had a great time staying in Harwichport and visiting with our family. The walk to the beach was short and it was nice to take daily walks there. Looking forward to staying longer next time. House had all the amenities of home.

The private access beach was perfect and very close. The sunroom was far enough away from the bedrooms so adults could talk while kids slept. Property was well maintained and very clean.

Great vacation house for young family

The house was as advertised, great for a young family. Clean sheets, towels, beach chairs/toys made the trip that much easier. Close drive to the town beaches and easy walk to the private beach. Highly recommend!

Family weekend

We enjoyed our family vacation at this quiet lovely home. The welcome book provided information about the amenities and private beach. Also enjoyed the roof deck soaking up the sun. The home was well equipped inside and out with everything they advertised and more. We are very likely to rent this property again.
