Hotel a Harwood

“The pullout bed was broke, and the pool was closed. There was nothing on the website about the pool being closed. We had to take the kids to a different place to swim and we had to pay for that”

“Never stayed and didn’t know how to cancel reservation. Will not use Expedia again.”

“The floor in the room was very dirty. The A/C unit is falling apart. Half the lights didn't work and there was a big hole in the back of the bathroom door. This was our 1st stay and it will be our last.”

“Wasn’t able to use the hot tub as the pool was full of people having kids birthday parties and the heater didn’t work in the pool so the kids the hot tub . No big deal but would have enjoyed the hot tub .”

Issues were, there was a sticky spot on the carpet by the desk, water puddle by ice machine, clock display was not functioning properly, and a lot of the outlets didn’t work.”

“We have stayed at many C’mon Inns in the past and never had such a disappointing experience as this. #1 issue being the lack of cleanliness! This hotel was incredibly dirty & not properly kept up. From the hair and dirt on the floor and in the shower to the door to the courtyard that doesn’t shut unless we push with all our might to close it. It was just gross. The hotel needs major upgrades. “I suggested our extended family members plan to stay at the same hotel for the weekend to celebrate an NDSU graduation. I reserved a two bedroom suite as a base camp for everyone. We were very disappointed. Our room was hot and smelly. Previous patrons were not clean or considerate with the space and the hotel also did not clean up well enough after them. “Room was clean enough. But the entire place is under renovations and that was not mentioned anywhere until we got there. Pool was closed, there were beds strewn about in the hallways, our room door didnt close properly, there were no hooks/ places to hang towels in the bathroom. ”

“Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.”
