"La stanza assegnata al Sesto piano con -5 gradi fuori era senza termosifoni la tempesta rilevata era 16 gradi . Dopo due ore finalmente cambiano camera anziché fare un upgrade e scusarsi mi assegnano una camera inferiore al prezzo che ho pagato tipo ripostiglio, macchinetta rotta del caffè e finestra rotta con un palo di ferro accanto il letto.
