Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Hastings

“A new Hotel so obviously everything was brand new. Some of the staff are still training so was a bit slow at times but that's an observation and not a criticism. Good Price Parking available although at £10 its a bit cheeky. 24hr bar is a nice touch. Not that 24hrs were needed but a late drink and going to bed when you are ready is more hospitable.”

“Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.”

“Everything was good and the lovely view over golf course both from our room and the restaurant is always beautiful! Staff all friendly and obliging not a critism just a suggestion it would be good to give the choice of cappuccino, latte and hot chocolate at breakfast even if an extra charge for this was necessary! To top the stay it had snowed overnight and we were greeted with a delightful scene upon opening our room curtains! 2nd time of staying at Dale Hill and will definitely be returning...
