This modern 3-bedroom townhouse in Hat Head is the perfect haven for a peaceful holiday. With a spacious open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, it offers a comfortable and stylish retreat. The beautifully renovated bathroom features a luxurious full bath, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.

The townhouse is equipped with all the modern conveniences you’d expect, including Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in two bedrooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. It's also pet-friendly (outside only), with a large, secure courtyard and grassy areas.
Pack your swimmers, sunscreen, and snorkels, and get ready for fun—whether it’s fishing in the creek, strolling across the dunes through the bush to the beach, or exploring nearby attractions like the Hat Head Surf Club, Hat Head Creek, or the Bowling Club.

For outdoor enjoyment, the property features a fantastic undercover area with a gas BBQ and dining setting. There’s also parking available with plenty of space for a boat. What more could you need for a relaxing getaway?

Please Note: Arcos requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.

Annual Hat Head pilgrimage

The property was generally as described and has had a recent average renovation. Needs general maintenance and better cleaning. Kitchen is well equipped but cooktop and oven difficult to use. No fans downstairs nor in one very small bedroom with bunks. Third bedroom very small. Upstairs has little insulation or cross breeze and unbearably hot. Would greatly benefit from air conditioning. Attached to other duplex and lots of cross noise from neighbours. No yard but good courtyard and two hanging spaces for laundry which is great for a beach holiday. Laundry facilities good. Owners must have a dog which is great but the cleaning didn’t cater for it! Windows also very dirty. Hat Head is a great location wherever you are in the town so that makes up for Arcos’ shortcomings.
