“Check in and check out was very quick. Staff were very friendly. Got upgraded for free to a larger room which was nice. Shower and bathroom were great, clean and spacious. Parking was a little difficult as it was busy, and there are no plug sockets by the bed, just USB connections. Other than that, it was a great stay. ”

“Great Experience. Hotel was amazing. My room spacious and clean. Staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Great location. Close (8-10 minutes) to the Ethiad Stadium for me to watch my soccer game, Manchester City v West Ham. I would definitely stay there again. My only recommendation is that, at night, like on the weekends to have food available up to midnight. The cut off for food was like 9:30 pm. “Great hotel, walking distance from our daughter’s house, didn’t use the restaurant or bar but both looked nice and tidy. Any interactions with the staff were positive. You have to pay to park but for the 3 days we were there it cost £7.40 Will definitely stay again ”

“Room seemed ok, apart from the fact of being at 4th floor without lift... till I opened the window. Window was opening 4 cms only. Inner curtain , in the room, was full of dead moths and bugs, DISGUSTING. Basil was CRACKED and all ceiling corners full of soiders nets. DISGUSTING. Bed very old.”

“Siamo arrivati in questo posto, che dalle foto su Internet, sembrava tutt’altra cosa, e ci siamo trovati di fronte una struttura fatiscente e sporchissima, gestito da un losco personaggio, x farla breve aliena abbiamo visto le camere , sporchissime con le lenzuola sudicie ma cambiate da anni, ed il bagno in comune sporchissimo.. abbiamo preso i bagagli e siamo andati via!
