However, I have looked into the situation as to why this issue occurred, and you may be surprised to know that it was for the opposite reason you would expect. Just the day before we had done intense pest control of the location which clearly had the reverse effect of what we wanted, by encouraging the insect to find solitude within the rooms, rather than prevent them from coming in. Regarding our menu, I am personally looking into this as we have updated our menu based on our guests' feedback. Rest assured that I and our Executive Chef are properly deliberating to rectify this concern.
