Newly renovated, peaceful hideaway in the Village

Relax in style in this 4-bedroom oasis, situated on four acres of land and just a two-minute drive from the vibrant Havelock North Village. As you wind down the long, private driveway, take in the mature trees and lush vegetation that create a peaceful atmosphere. Once you have entered, you will be astonished by the newly renovated interior, featuring lavish bed linens, hotel-quality beds and pillows, a fully equipped kitchen and a large heated swimming pool. The two large bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with a shower. The top of the landing contains a desk with a large LCD screen that you can connect to, with a great view out over the orchard to work from.

The master bedroom has a separate entrance if required, and also opens out onto the pool area. It connects with a brand new ensuite bathroom and includes a large shower. Above the master bedroom is the fourth bedroom (a loft) that contains the queen and 2 single beds. This is ideal for parents wanting to keep their kids close. The loft is located up the stairs connected to the rear of the master bedroom. Please note, while this is separate from the master bedroom the loft does not have a physical door separating the two areas.

The third bathroom contains a bath and separate toilet that is located closer to the main living areas.

The main lounge opens out onto the large deck with a new bbq, beside the pool to enjoy the warm Hawkes' Bay evenings.

The grounds contain a small orchard with a multitude of fruit trees and berries that can be enjoyed at different times of the year. Guests have access to the entire house except for a couple of locked cupboards and the garage.

Kopanga House is one of three dwellings on the 4 acre property. The main house, The Enchanted Retreat (A Luxury Glamping Tent) and the owners cabin (Still being finished) Each has its own private areas, parking and access. We do ask that you respect the privacy of our other guests on the property and not encroach on their clearly marked areas. We also ask that you are considerate with no excessive noise levels during your stay. We prioritise your privacy, but rest assured, if you need anything or encounter any issues, we are only minutes away and available via mobile phone.

Please note: The swimming pool is shared during the summer months (November to March) with access also for guests staying in our Luxury Glamping Tent. This is only available to them during the hours of 10am - 4pm each day, to provide for your exclusive enjoyment outside of these hours.

The place is yours to enjoy. However, if you need anything, or there are any problems, we are generally only minutes away and always available via mobile phone.
