“Poor customer service from staff”

“I loved the view of the beach. Just opening the curtains and it’s right there !! I loved the pool !! House keeping did a good job while we were away. I love the location ( right by the airport !! So it made picking up and dropping off our rental such a smooth experience). The staff was really friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze !”

“To start, it is a very nice, quaint inn. I like it a lot EXCEPT for the large number of stairs and no assistance with my luggage. A few years ago, that many stairs would just have been a challenge. Today, with arthritic hips, it is an obstacle, completely undoable to carry luggage up there. A bystander helped, but if not, I reckon I would have had to sleep out on the sidewalk next to my luggage! (No, I really would not have). I feel the issue was there just was no staff to haul the luggage. But...

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. A few minor inconveniences like the remotes to the tvs not working, no WiFi upon arrival both of which were minor because I didn’t plan to be in the room for the majority of the day but you may want to come home unwind and watch a little tv. Besides that everything else was great, the have a really nice coffee shop on site and sometimes have a live band playing by the pool.”

“The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.”
