- This semi-detached bungalow sits in a small, quiet development of properties just yards from the sandy beach at Broad Haven. It is an excellent base for families and couples looking for a coastal retreat, with everything right on your doorstep. The delightful village has eateries, shops and pubs all within walking distance. The beach is a haven for families and watersports enthusiasts and the coastal path is a must for walkers. For wildlife enthusiasts, Martins Haven is the departure point for boat trips to Skomer Island, where puffins and other seabirds abound, making it a dream destination for birdwatchers and walkers. The attractive market town of Haverfordwest is just six miles away.
Enter into the hallway of this spacious seaside property which is laid out on one level. The hallway leads to a light and airy lounge with comfy sofa where you can take advantage of the lovely view straight out to sea or watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. A small selection of books and board games are available in the lounge. From here you can take the French doors out to the patio. Head into the kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There are two pretty bedrooms, the master is a double enjoying sea views and the second bedroom is a good-sized twin suitable for all ages. The bathroom lies off the main hallway and has a shower over the bath and WC. The property is an excellent base for families and couples looking for a coastal retreat, with everything right on your doorstep.
Stepping outside there is a patio to the front with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and then take the steps that lead down to the beach. There is an enclosed garden with furniture where you can enjoy al fresco dining.
