Uncover the historic St Davids Cathedral and the nearby Bishop’s Palace, then wander through the city’s quaint streets. Alternatively, visit Solva (3 miles), a harbour village popular with walkers, boaters, and photographers alike. Nolton Haven (3 miles) is another lovely coastal hamlet for gentle walks and exploring its sheltered cove. Haverfordwest, the county town, is 9 miles from home.

Flowing from the lounge, the country-style kitchen and dining area is bright and airy, with patio doors that open onto the garden for enjoying a morning coffee or an al fresco meal. Just off the kitchen, a ground-floor single bedroom with an en-suite shower room provides convenient accommodation.
