A pochi passi dalla famosa spiaggia di Ka'anapali ea soli 10 minuti in auto dalla strada per Lahaina, la nostra unità F101 è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi a Maui. Questo primo piano, posizione tranquilla, unità angolare offre un facile accesso a tutto e anche alla privacy. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini, giovani coppie o pensionati. Torna a F-101 e ottieni ciò di cui hai bisogno, la protezione solare o un altro mai-tai! È a breve distanza e senza scale per la piscina, barbecue della comunità

L'unità è grande (1555 piedi quadrati) ed è stata aggiornata con tutte le nuove piastrelle, mobili, TV, accesso a Internet e ventilatori a soffitto. L'open space offre molto spazio per distendersi e rilassarsi. Il grande lanai - con il suo esotico tavolo in legno di tamarindo e due sedie a sdraio - è il luogo perfetto per iniziare e terminare la giornata a Maui. L'unità è a pochi passi dalla piscina della spiaggia. Il bagno principale è stato completamente ristrutturato e comprende una grande doccia a gradini e ripiani in granito. Avrai la sensazione dell'isola in entrambe le camere da letto con bagno privato. Il maestro ha un letto king-size in teak. La seconda camera ha una regina a baldacchino, anch'essa in teak con TV. Ci sono due grandi divani (uno è un divano letto) nel soggiorno.

** cucina completa, lavanderia, posti a sedere per 6 in sala da pranzo e lanai.

Infine, per assicurarci di divertirti con l'F-101, abbiamo lasciato alcune cose con cui giocare. Ci sono boogie board, sedie a sdraio e giochi di sabbia. Ci sono 4 racchette da tennis di cui una per bambini. C'è anche una chitarra acustica a sei corde per coloro che vogliono strimpellare un po 'mentre guardano il tramonto. È un piccolo angolo di paradiso e non vediamo l'ora che tu ti diverta.

Nota; Il resort comprende una piscina tropicale con vasca idromassaggio, numerose sedie a sdraio, posti a sedere coperti e diverse griglie per barbecue. Se si desidera fare qualcosa di più di una sala, la struttura dispone anche di due campi da tennis illuminati, di cui uno con un canestro da basket.

Nice Condo-good location

Condo has pretty much everything you need. Was clean, beds are really comfortable and pool was nice. About a 10 minute walk to beach. Definitely go to Costco after you land-Safeway is super-expensive.

Great stay at this well-appointed condo

We had a really lovely stay here. There was plenty of room for our family of three to stretch out and the first floor location was just steps from the pool, which was awesome for an after dinner swim or hot tub. We also used the gas grill in the pool area one night. The entire complex was really well maintained and there were several friendly kitties on the property too, most of which were happy for some head rubs. We enjoyed the relative quiet of the complex compared to the hustle and bustle of the big resorts. There was never more than a few families at the pool. And the big resorts, restaurants, and Whaler Village are a short walk away. We also played foot golf at the adjacent course, which is basically a mash-up of soccer and golf and fun way for us non-golfers to be on the course. The hosts graciously made sure we had boogie boards for our stay, as this is an activity our family really enjoys. And the beach closet had pretty much everything you'd need for a day at the beach -- plenty of towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling stuff, boogie boards -- plus stuff for kids. The only thing we didn't find was a cooler, but maybe there was one and we just didn't see it. We also wanted to try pickle ball, but ran out of time. We would definitely stay at this property again! Check in/out was easy, it was super comfy, and with great communication along the way.

Tropical Paradise

Fantastic location, only a short walk to Whalers Village and Ka’anapali beach. Our first floor unit was perfect for us as we had guests joining us throughout out 7 week stay. The condo was generously supplied with everything we needed. Extra towels for the pool, plenty of dishware and several spices. Kelly was very responsive to any request or questions we had. We definitely plan on returning and recommend this unit.

A little piece of paradise

Grounds were very well kept. Super easy check in and great people to deal with. The condo itself had absolutely everything you could need, for cooking, storing, relaxing, visiting and heading out to the beach. Location on ground level and close to the pool was perfect for just hopping down to the hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of hiking, or going back and forth if you forgot something in the condo. The owners were super helpful anytime we had any questions and we felt they genuinely wanted to make our stay the best it could be! They had great ideas about where to go to hike and for meals if you didn’t want to stay in. Overall just an amazing experience and we will definitely stay at this resort, and hopefully this exact condo again!

The condo was great, excellent location if not directly on the beach. Place had everything we needed and we appreciate the flexibility with checking out later. Only suggestion would be upgraded mattresses. Wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Nice unit, nice location.

Nice unit, nice location. Owner was very accommodating and worked very hard to resolve a minor issue we had regarding beach chairs and umbrella. A little bit of a walk to the beach, with not being allowed to cross the golf course, but we were aware of this from reviews we saw after booking. Was not an issue.

Paradise in paradise

My family of 5 + grandma enjoyed our stay in paradise! The condo was a great size, larger than most other 2 bedroom options we could find. Nicely updated, we especially enjoyed the beautiful tiled showers. The large sliding doors lead out to a gorgeous outdoor dining table, which we used any time we ate dinner in. Pool is just steps away which was super convenient. I do agree with previous reviews about living room furniture needing replacing, it’s pretty well used. I would stay here again if returning to Maui. It was great for our family!

Perfection!

The condo is absolutely wonderful. It is so close to the beach and we loved being right by the pool as well. It is also a very short drive to the grocery store which is handy. We loved all of the extra goodies that were available like boogie boards and beach supplies! Kelly was very easy to communicate with and great with accommodating our requests. Thank you! We hope to come back here again!

Awesome location!

Our family stayed at this home and we loved it! I had my 2 year old son and he loved having the pool and front lawn to play in! And we enjoyed having the pickle ball court to play in! We felt like we were immersed in the Hawaiian culture by staying in a condo vs a hotel/resort! We loved how we were close to most of the excursions that we went to and close to the Ka’anapali beach as well! We would stay here again!

Just about everything we could want

We stayed here with my small family of 4 (including 3yo and 8yo) along with my parents. The condo is very comfortable and incredibly well-appointed. The lanai was an amazing bonus that really lent itself to indoor-outdoor living and the proximity to the pool was perfect - it was right there but not too close. Kelly was super communicative, helpful and informative. Thank you for a great trip!

Everything we needed... Communication with Kelly went well. Kaanapali Royal is a little tired property but still very nice. It was nice to be ground floor. Plenty of supplies and beach items to use. Pool area was nice but the water was very cold. Hot tub was out of order for our stay. Beds were comfy and water pressure was great. Short walk or drive to the Kaanapali area. Only negative was the 2nd bedroom closet was filled with lots of clutter with a dresser put in the closet with sliding doors. Not a lot of room and had to continually do a dance with my wife when we were getting ready. Also had to pay a $150 parking fee which was not advertised in the listing.

Great place, as advertised!

Perfect place for a low-key trip. We enjoyed the kitchen and ample space to relax around the property. The walk to the shops was advertised and gave a good opportunity to enjoy being outside. Very responsive owners! Thank you!

Great, quiet spot, steps from the pool. Walking distance to the ocean. Everything we needed in a beautifully decorated condo. Clean and extremely comfortable. Kelly and Greg were terrific hosts. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome stay!!

Wonderful Stay

After booking with the owner, she was so helpful with making sure we felt comfortable with bringing our 96 and 85 year old parents for a stay. We had specific needs for someone with a walker and she was very comfortable with getting around the unit. She was quite happy the shower had a seat with handheld shower head. A/C was a must for the hotter summers in Hawaii. The unit was easily accessed from the lanai all the way back to the parking lot. Pool was easy to walk to, where the BBQ was clean and ready for use. We are looking forward to coming back and using this place again.

This place was absolutely incredible!!!

We just got home from staying at this gem. We were there with my older parents, wife and two girls (4) and (6). The place was the perfect location! Within steps from the pool and BBQ’s. We were able to enjoy both daily! The place has everything you need when traveling with a family! The communication between the owner and myself was amazing!
