“Room had used ear swab on the bed during check in, booked a room for four and was left two towels, requested room cleaning while we were out on day 4 of the stay and were told we had not been scheduled for it which left us with dirty towels and a mountain of trash that was not picked up day 6 of the stay I requested more towels at the front desk and the front desk manager as her name tag said come off with very rude tone because all of the guest were not listed which was her employees mistake...

I am sensible to the noise and I asked for a room as far as posible from the elevators. The first time I was given a room right acrross from the elevators. I went back to the desk and requested another room. I was relocated to a lower level.”
