“I hate to say this because I really did enjoy the room, the service, the casino and all. But the pool was closed during our stay, which was entirely the reason we chose this hotel over another. It was too late to make other accommodations by the time we checked in, and it was only made clear to us at the service desk that the pool was out of commission. I know it's not a huge thing, but again, it's the entire reason we hinged out stay on this location and it feels like a bait and switch to show...

“Unique hotel in a unique location makes this place memorable and fun. We enjoyed watching the bridge rotate closed just before the Amtrak trains past through. Walking distance from marinas and restaurants.”

“Very close to indiana dunes state and national park. Room very clean with microwave and and a pretty good size refrigerator. Comfortable bed. There is a nice outdoor patio where you can sit outside. Staff helpful. VERY limited breakfast selections. Coffee was good and was available all the time. Only negative is we were unable to check in early but otherwise everything was great. Will stay again if we're in the area. Thank you”

“Hotel standard, camera con tutti i servizi, moquette. Area hall piccola è adibita alla mattina per la colazione poco spazio e pochi tavoli, colazione classifica. Personale cordiale. Comodo ai servizi di ristorazione e centri commerciali. Vicino al Parco nazionale Dune.”

“Staff is amazing! Debbie knows so many different languages to greet people and told me some fun fact of the birding festival! ”

“The ad says that the room slept five. When we got there, there was one king size bed, and one full bed . There were four of us guys and not too many guys want to sleep together in a full-size bed. And the staff said that the king size bed would sleep three. I don’t know too many people that sleep three in a bed. That advertising is deceptive. They didn’t offer to give us any other cots or couches or anything because they didn’t have any.”

“Bellissima struttura ”

“The check in was awful. Tried to check in at 3pm, as listed. After 20 minutes of waiting, he said it would be ready at 4pm. We came back around 5pm. After another 20 minutes, he handed me a key card. No real communication, just awful all the way around. Not very clean. My son found a spoon next to the bed on the floor. Would not recommend”

“We have left the hotel due to AC not working now over power cut happening, also there is no security at the back entrance... Please initiate my refund immediately i have dropped the mail as well ”

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”
