“Staff was good. A/C did not work. TV was not good as for sound. Very little water pressure. Did not complain at the time as we arrived late and only for one night. I did however mention to the desk staff upon leaving. Hopefully they correct the issues”

“Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.”

“Room was suitably clean, staff answered the needs, breakfast was good, didn't run the a/c. But we needed to ask for an extra towel for washing hair & the sliding door from our room to the adjacent parking was very hard to open. Wouldn't roll freely at all.”

“It’s very dated, which makes it look a bit dirty…it could really use a facelift for sure. Staff was lovely and having a bunk bed in the room for the kids was really nice. Access to a quick breakfast was great too. Staff was helpful and kind.”

“Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue.”

“Left the property at 10:15 as someone enter our room and the room beside us with key card. Asked for ability to transfer rooms and security guard told us property was fulled booked and no other room was available and”

“The inside was clean and unkept. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and hot. Great place to stay.”

“Hot tub was broken which we didn’t know about. Couldn’t have a bath because there was no plug. Only thing nice was the bed.”
