“The actual unit was nice, and clean to my standards, which is saying something. There were several issues though: the address listed for maps actually took me to another holiday park and that gentleman had to give me directions. Listed amenities included the pool, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. When we arrived, I was informed that there was a £16 pass to use the pool, so that was out. As I mentioned, the unit was nice, well-cleaned and maintained. However, there was no hand soap, no towels, no...

“camera piccolissima con 3 letti non pulitissima, l'intera struttura è sporca, il parcheggio privato è insistente, il WIFI non funziona, il proprietario si è intravisto solo al check in durante il quale in modo assolutamente rude mi ha consigliato di parcheggiare per strada e non mi ha risposto sul parcheggio privato. Da evitare!”

“Lovely stay at the Holiday park, chalet is right by all the amenities and super close to Dover Castle/cliffs. The only feedback would be to provide some extra towels, we were visiting from out of country so didn't have any with us and because there's the pool, only having 1 towel each was a bit difficult to work with. Thanks for the great stay!”
