B&B a Folkestone

“I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place ”

“Communication with host was poor. No information on check in procedure. No information on which room we had booked.No key in key safe.We only gained access due to a helpful fellow resident, who let us in and helped us find a free room.Room poorly maintained with curtains held up by string and blinds broken.Altogether very poor”

“This was our second time staying at Ebenezer's Place and it won't be our last. Absolutely lovely B&B. The rooms are very unique. We loved the view from the window of the sea. Neal was amazing, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. He really made us feel welcome. Oh and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely 10/10. We'll be back again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“Basic single room, not very comfortable bed, and i supose ia m not used to the road noise as i was kept awake by the traffic. The positive note was that it was cheap for £ 53.00 P/N. so i am not complaining. You pay for what you get. ”

“Lovely place, comfortable bed, comes with everything you need, fire was ready to use, lovely hosts, heated towel rail, lovely breakfast, amazing area which is very peaceful, would definitely recommend, thank you!”

“Soggiorno di tre notti a Londra: posizione dell’ hotel molto buona per trasporti pubblici. Camere molto piccole , pochissimo spazio ai piedi del letto, la finestra era un abbaino sul tetto, non specificato. Colazione buona ma abbastanza minimal, pulizie camere buona, spazi comuni sufficente. Hotel nel complesso positivo,anche considerando il prezzo.”

“Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost.”
