“My family enjoyed staying here. It is convenient to the Canterbury West train station, the pedestrian zone and Canterbury Cathedral. It is on a busy road, so there is no place to park to unload/load luggage from a car, but there is a car park nearby. The house consists of 3 floors, with one bedroom on each floor. The stairs are quite narrow. The kitchen, dining and bathroom are located on the ground floor. There is lots of art decorating the walls. A lovely stereo controlled by Alexa is in the...

“We had a great stay in this beautiful, old property which had a lot of character. Ideally situated for restaurants, walks and the river. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away and we enjoyed many walks around Sandwich. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower! ”

“Property was spacious, clean with fantastic sea views. The property is in a peaceful location whilst having the advantage of being walking distance to Margate. We stayed for one night for a concert in Margate so we didn’t really use the kitchen but it was fully equipped and would be great for longer stays and holidays. We hope we can return again one day soon. ”

“Nice property, garden was great for the kids and the dog, very safe. Wendy house was very popular. House itself was well appointed and close to the town and beach. A nice park about 10 mins walk away.Host manager was helpful and responsive”

“I highly recommend Little Eaton. It is a complete home from home. It has everything you need, spotlessly clean, in a great location and Zach is a very attentive host. 4 of us stayed comfortably here, the courtyard garden and parking space right next to the house are both an absolute bonus. We can't wait to stay here again next year. Thank you so very much Zach”

"Posto incantevole, questo edificio immerso nel verde, stuttura con un suo stile, albergo in parte in ristrutturazione, parte delle camere gia ristrutturate, la nostra nonostante è stata ancora da ristrutture presenta un arredamento in stile confortevole e sopratutto pulita. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno del giardino del hotel, dalla strada si fa un pò di difficoltà a trovare la stradina d'entrata tra gli alberi della strada. In zona abbastanza centrale da poter visitare il centro storico di Canterbury a piedi. "

"Purtroppo sono stata solo una notte, ma la camera era stupenda. Non sarei più andata via. Spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto. Ho speso poco ed ho avuto un soggiorno indimenticabile . Non so se le camere sono tutte così ma la mia era favolosa!"
