Magnolia Pines è una splendida casa colonica industriale situata all'interno della gated community di Holly Lake Ranch. Ha tutto il necessario per ospitare da 6 a 16 letti comodi. La nostra casa principale è una camera da letto 2/2 bagno che dorme 6 ($ 200 / notte). Il bunkhouse è un appartamento garage separato che è un 3 camere da letto / 1. 5 bagni che dormono 10 (un add on di $ 125 / notte che verrà addebitato dopo aver prenotato). Per la vostra comodità è possibile affittare la casa principale o entrambe le strutture. Dal momento che il bunkhouse non ha una cucina, non lo affittiamo da solo. La nostra casa si trova a un solo isolato da pedalò, pesca, piscina, tennis, campo da pic-nic, parco giochi, percorso a piedi, frisbee golf, golf putt putt, e una piccola spiaggia di sabbia per giocare nel lago. Il campo da golf a 18 buche, il ristorante, il campo da beach volley, le scarpe da cavallo, il basket, la seconda piscina, la sala giochi e il lago più grande si trovano a 5 minuti di auto all'interno del Ranch. Abbiamo un'attrezzatura che puoi usare mentre siamo a casa nostra e cosa non abbiamo puoi controllare gratuitamente dal Ranch. La nostra casa principale ha il soggiorno con tv, cucina completamente attrezzata, camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno completo e camera da letto separata con 2 letti matrimoniali e un bagno completo. The Bunkhouse ha una zona soggiorno con tv, camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo al piano di sotto. Il piano superiore del Bunkhouse ha una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera a castello con sei letti singoli e un mezzo bagno. Tutte le linee e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Oltre agli arredi confortevoli, la nostra casa offre due aree per mangiare all'aperto, un pozzo del fuoco con sedie, veranda sul retro coperta e un cortile recintato con alberi ad alto fusto e spazio per calciare o lanciare una palla intorno! C'è Wi-fi e una lavatrice / asciugatrice per il vostro uso durante il vostro soggiorno.

Great Property

With three families (seven kids), having the bunkhouse was great! The house is conveniently located to the neighborhood amenities (pool, pickleball, tennis, mini golf, etc.). The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed our stay!

Needs Work/Updated Description

While the house was spacious and the bag patio was a big hit it needs some maintence asap. The biggest thing was that the bunkhouse was upstairs which had we known we would have booked elsewhere due to the small children. We had three out of the four kids fall down the stairs and one of them has mobility issues and he fell three times due to how absolutely steep and tall each stair was. Even the adults were unsteady. There was no working child gate to close off the bunk beds from the stairs. The wood on the stairs is splitting from the minuscule nails that are holding it together. There was also no way to use the grill or black stone as they were incredibly rusted and dirty but there was also nothing to clean them with. We also had to request to have dish soap delivered to be able to wash the dishes. The hot water heater on the bunkhouse is tiny and sucked nor is it up to code on the way it is installed outside the house. Lastly there is some kind of black/dark mold growing out of the shiplap on the ceilings in the main living room and of course the biggest thing of all. There was not a single smoke detector working in the house. Two were chirping when we got there and the rest (all of the ones in the main house) were uninstalled completely. Beautiful community and nice access to some of the amenities, would book with a different property tho.

Family get-away

Our family of 11 had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our accomodations. Cooking, board games and puzzles at home...tennis courts, pickleball courts, badminton, playground, rustic putt-putt, and the nice, big pool each day. Favorites were the great bunk rooms with toys & books and the big webbed swing in the front yard! Nice, big countertop for puzzling from both sides. We saw deer every early evening! A great stay!!!

A spring break to be remembered

What a great place to enjoy spring break with our family! Beautiful house, great screened in porch, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the many places to sit in front and back porch. Lots of fun things to do just at the house. (Although there weren't any ping pong balls for the ping pong table) grill was great! Right sink in master bathroom drained slow. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Beautiful and clean house that offers 2 separate areas to stay. Everything was labeled and super cute making us very comfortable. Lots of fun things to do at the house and in the area. Our kids had a blast!

Dunn Family Christmas

The magnolia house was perfect for our family christmas weekend!!! We also rented the bunkhouse so 3 familys grandparents fit perfectly on this property! The gated community was no trouble at all and honestly a plus. It was quiet and quaint and we even got a sweet surprise with a golf cart christmas parade and a visit from santa! All at the park located near the property where we also enjoyed a playground, pickleball and tennis, a fabulous walking circle ans many other amenities. Everything was beyond perfect. 100% recommend

Summary of our stay

We really enjoyed our time at Magnolia Pines. We had ample room for everyone and really enjoyed our time together and would definitely consider staying again. A few notes for the owners; just in case: * There were only 2 dish clothes which is not enough to clean dishes with 14 people and 3 home made meals per day. We purchased some and left them for the next visitors * Only two rolls of paper towel which we went through quickly since there was only two dish towels. We had to purchase more. * Ran out of toilet paper, we had to purchase more * The owners may want to have someone look at their roof. There are several water stains on the ceiling of the main house. * No hot water after the first day in the bunk house. We exchanged the propane takes and followed the directions to click the plug button, but that did not work. * The door to the garage was open when we arrived so we did not need to add the code. Overall, an amazing stay and simply mentioned the issues above as I would want to know this if I owned the home. Thanks! Heather

Eclipse Vacation

Family from Florida and Colorado met at this lovely vacation home for the chance to see the totality of the 2024 eclipse and it was well worth the trip. The host could not have been nicer or more responsive and the home was welcoming, relaxing and had everything we needed for our stay! We enjoyed then pool and there were plenty of other fun things to do at this private, secure community. If we plan another vacation in Texas, we will certainly stay here again. And the eclipse was amazing!

We loved our stay at Magnolia Pines. The house and bunkhouse were perfect for our large group. The house was close to all the amenities. Our kids had a blast playing on the toys in the driveway. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Happiness!

We loved staying at Magnolia Pines! The street was quiet and we could easily walk to the lake for lots of fun activities. The kids had a blast playing in the house driveway and yard together and the available games inside continued the joy. The house worked well and the kitchen was well stocked. We fixed and ate every meal at the home! Thank you for allowing us to experience your special home in the woods!

Lovely Getaway

This is our second year staying at Magnoila Pines. It’s a beautiful property with excellent and responsive management. The minor issues that we did have were promptly taken care of. Highly recommend for families with kids!

Excellent Experience

I booked this property for a men’s retreat and 6 of us stayed at the property comfortably. We booked the bunkhouse and having two living areas made it an excellent situation to do our retreat elements in the bunkhouse and our social aspects in the main house near the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would expect. We ran into a few hiccups, none of which seemed to be the fault of the homeowner in that there was new staff at the check in for the Holly Lake Security and somehow the bathroom heater was left turned on so the A/C had some trouble the first day getting to temperature but the owner was very quick to respond to texts and resolved all issues quickly. We even had a welcome message at the front door that showed the owner read our message about our intent for the weekend and it was a very kind touch. The property was beautiful and the pictures were accurate. Another note for future renters, we tried to go to the putt putt and didn’t realize you needed to bring your own gear to play… it may have been somewhere in the garage but we decided to just enjoy the pool instead and still had a great time. Would definitely come back in the future!

Such a cute home in a safe and well kept neighborhood. The house itself is so well stocked, especially for the kiddos! Crystal was easy to communicate with and told us everything we needed to know before we got there. We had the best time and are looking forward to visiting again!
