Dotato di 6 camere da letto e 3 bagni oltre a doccia e servizi igienici nella lavanderia. Questo rende la destinazione perfetta per tutto l'anno. Questa casa è stata progettata per vacanze e relax. Solo una strada di ritorno dalla spiaggia principale ea pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e il golf club lo colloca nella posizione perfetta per le vacanze. Il design unico della casa significa che puoi distenderti. Spaziosa casa con 2 camere da letto nella parte anteriore e altre tre camere e bagno extra se siete in vacanza con la folla.

Il design unico consente quattro livelli di sistemazione, a seconda di quanti desideri ospitare. "The Lodge" è la parte principale della casa con due camere da letto, con letti queen size, entrambe con bagno privato. La "Banksia Room", la "Grevillia Room", entrambe con letti a due piazze, e "The Studio" con angolo cottura, 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 set di letti a castello.

La casa è progettata intorno a un ponte di legno coperto a tutta lunghezza che corre lungo il lato della casa. I lussureggianti giardini tropicali e gli alberi alti creano un'atmosfera calda e rilassante. Il ponte collega le camere e offre anche una divertente area all'aperto.

Fun, funky home

This home suited all our needs. Three females and 2 dogs had a ball hanging out near the beaches. Comfy beds, clean and tidy. We had a great visit. Would definitely go again.

Perfect location

This property was in the perfect location for a balance between peace and quiet, and access to food options and the beach. The property managers communicated well with all we needed to know, and it was stocked with most things we needed. A great stay!

Well positioned

The property was very well positioned. Close to the beach, the lovely little surf club, the pub, walking distance to the shops and Jimmys Beach. It's also a comfortable and enjoyable walk to Tea Gardens. Whilst the configuration of the property was very good, the BBQ excellent and the deck perfect for outdoor entertaining, the whole place was let down by the lack of a good and thorough clean. The lounge chairs looked grubby and I had to purchase cleaner to wipe down the dining room table. It would also have been good had there been a broom for the rooms down from the deck, as they were a bit gritty underfoot. There was an abundance of cooking utensils (kept in an odd place but eventually found), heaps of plates, platters, glasses and eating utensils. However, on opening the eating utensil drawer I just wanted to wash everything. They looked clean generally but the drawer they were in was just plain dirty. We were also a bit worried about the deck as it appeared quite old and the exposed decking timbers were half rotten. Our concern was well founded as one of our older friends was sitting in a chair there and one of the chair legs went through the deck. He hit the floor but fortunately was not injured. It could well have been otherwise though. However, if these issues were rectified and the home was cleaned properly and the deck repaired, we would LOVE to return as, generally, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, the bathrooms were all clean and light, the beds were comfortable and the position, as I said, was excellent. I just don't feel that at this price I should need to come in and clean first. However, lots of potential!

Great location, close to beach and shops. Plenty of beds, dining-seating and living area for everyone.Kitchen well stocked even a pet bowl. laundry very handy. Fenced property great for a fur baby. Enjoyed our stay

Great for large family group. Plenty of room. Kitchen well stocked. Grounds need maintenance. Needs better cleaning - too much dust and cobwebs.

Pretty good

Other than a bag of garbage hanging on the bedroom door on arrival and garbage bin already full and hadn’t been put out after previous occupation everything else was good . I did have an issue trying to relock one of the back doors on leaving .it’s a perfect place for a big family .

The property was comfortable and homely, with suitable accommodation for our family & pets, the area situation was ideal. We valued it especially because the whole aroma said 'relax and enjoy'

Bennett’s Beach Cottage Hawks Nest

Great location, close to beach, shops & Restaurants. The listing didn’t include a floor plan which if it had we wouldn’t have stayed there as it would suit adults and teens and we had 4 children ranging from 1 to 8.. Cleanliness was average if not a bit below average.

Excellent size house for a large family or groups located in walking distance to beach ,shops ,pub everything in kitchen you would want for your stay some of my friends are going to book this property and bring their families could do with a bit of a clean up outside and a few maintenance things to do but overall excellent

Great location but very basic

It was a mixed experience for our holiday. I’ll start with the good: - Location was great, a walk to the beach and short drive to beaches with no waves. - Heaps of room for up to 10-12 people. - plenty of wildlife to see possums, bush hens, bats and birds. The bad stuff: - no Aircon! The heat and humidity is too much to handle late January. - cooking facilities not great, the cooker either burnt food or took hours. - many mattresses will give you a back ache, while others are great. So if have a large group be prepared for a 50/50 chance of being stuck with a bad mattress. In the height of summer not a good choice.
