“The property is excellent with great staff. Our room was very large and well maintained. The car park is a bit chaotic for parking especially with the charging stations blocked by ICE cars who when asked politely by the staff to move to allow a EV vehicle to charge some guests refused to move so to allow for me to charge my car. ”

“Great location and glamping tent was amazing within the koala sanctuary. Great to hear about the koala hospital and rehabilitation work and to see the sanctuary residents. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to Nelson Bay, 1 mile beach and Shoal Bay. ”

Fiona, the host is so nice. My in-law forgot her scarf in her room and Fiona texted me and tried to mail to her. But my in-law told Fiona not to do that. ”

“Unfortunately this was an unpleasant stay for us. The following were some issues encountered:1. No hot water2. No body wash3. Poor hygiene of cassette toilet4. Parking - one needs to park on crushed terracotta tiles which are uneven, sharp and very difficult to walk on. The parking is about 50m from the Tiny Home. One needs to carry their bags there. Wheelchair access is not available. 5. The view was predominately of a construction site as there are other homes being built on the vineyards....
