“We experienced multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including: * Hair in the shower when we arrived. * The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up while showering. * The wall around the air conditioner was wet, suggesting a leak or moisture problem. * There was visible deterioration behind the wall/baseboard with exposed debris and damaged materials. * The carpet was stained and appeared dirty. “Location was excellent. Room was tiny and not particularly clean. Sink was a bit clogged and toilet was not flushing properly. To get to room, you had to walk up a very large flight of stairs (with luggage). Free breakfast had limited selection and just plain not good. I would never stay here again.”
