“Only seen the one staff at the front desk when first checking in. After all paperwork signed, payed online for reservation to get online pricing prior to check-in. The staff sitting behind the desk, stood up, held out his hand and told me now he needed my credit card. WTH! They required one for the $150.00 deposit! Never once did I read on their site about needing to have a credit card submitted and left on file until check-out then you should be fully refunded in approximately 24-48 business...

“In the bathroom, the hook behind the door was near the top. I couldn’t reach it. It really needs to be lowered. Otherwise, it was fine.”
