The property has a family bathroom and separate downstairs cloakroom.

Perfectly placed to enjoy all the North Cornish coast has to offer, many of the area’s best beaches lie within easy reach of the property including Hayle Towans, Godrevy with its famous lighthouse, Gwithian (all just a few minutes’ drive), Porthkidney Sands and Carbis Bay. The South West Coast Path is just yards away, as are the bird-watching favourites of Carnsew Pool and Copperhouse Pool. Within a short stroll of your front door are some of Hayle’s best restaurants, the award-winning Mr B’s ice cream parlour, Hayle train station and a late-opening supermarket. St Ives is just 15 minutes by car or a short hop on the train where its scenic harbour, vibrant food culture and famous art scene offer visitors the very best of local life.
