“As a person in a wheelchair, it was hard to reach the sink faucet and soap dispenser. There was enough clearance under the sink to wheel under it but then I couldn't reach the faucet and the soap dispenser was too high on the wall. Luckily my wheelchair elevates. All in all the sink configuration just wasn't right.”

“The room was clean and the only difficulty noticed was a lavatory faucet that was not working properly. Breakfast was minimal, but the food was acceptable.”

“Not enough parking. Not enough choices for breakfast. No fruit. Hot tub was under maintenance. Pool was open, room clean, quiet, comfortable bed.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was attended to with plenty of items and hot food. ”

“One of the best/better experiences ive had at a hotel this spring/summer. I travel for basketball around metro alot and this was 1st time in 6 other times this year that I didnt have a nagging issue.”

“Nice place to stay, room was clean, staff was friendly; close to shopping mall. Breakfast items were as expected.”

“We had a room with two double beds which were very comfortable. There was also a huge sitting area. The beds were very close together and sleeping area seemed tight. I would have preferred a larger sleeping area and smaller sitting area.”

“Everything was great! No microwave in room but I made it work. I don’t like going out to eat and would rather make popcorn or heat something small.”

“Abysmal hotel. Everything was dirty. The room was in awful shape. Damages, missing floor (literal hole in the floor), cobwebs on the ceiling, hole in the door, extremely dark, the curtains wouldn’t close all the way, and the bathroom vent didn’t work at all. We left after the first night and got a room elsewhere. Very clear that whoever is in charge of the hotel doesn’t actually go into the hotel AT ALL.”

“The room was dirty(examples: stained towels and blankets, hair in the bath tub and under the bed sheets.) wifi didn’t reach or work in my room. Window was gross and looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean in a while. Breakfast seemed to be nonexistent. Fruit and some granola bars. If i hadnt been told because i booked online and was unable to change my reservation i would have checked out after the first of my 3 nights”

“One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions.”

“Staff was courteous. Room was very comfortable. Wait to check in was a bit long, but we checked in at busy time.”
