“The pool wasn’t open, the shower was leaking, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the breakfast was only eggs & waffles, stale cereal and the milk was in a pitcher no individual milk and no water, there was a container for bread, begals and donuts but it was empty I will not be staying there ever again”

“There was hair on the sheet, when I reported it, I was given sheets to change them, I said "I don't work here' so I was given another room. Ther shower didn't even give hot water, I called about it and was told I could take a one in another room. Who does that??!!”

“The property looks better online than it does in person. Staff will just stare you as a guest. Breakfast was okay. It consisted of two waffle makers, eggs, pork sausage, biscuits, and potatoes. All cooked in the microwave. My biggest complaint would be the lack of cleanliness. During my stay I watched the housekeeper walk around the facility with the same blue gloves he had on cleaning out the rooms. I watched him touch the door handles, elevator buttons, and also enter the kitchen where they...
