“We arrived to the hotel and while checking in at the front desk, my wife noticed a cockroach crawling near the front desk and floor area. Needless to stay we canceled immediately and left.”

“The room I booked was not available, the staff at the desk was not helpful, manager had to step up. Witnessed unfair treatment of another guest, police were involved. Hot tub jet control was broken. The room freezer had old coke explosion that had been left, not cleaned. ”

“We have come back twice in one month. We had the studio room and the extra room it provided was spectacular both times. We brought our dog the second time, and it went amazing. The staff was friendly and the property manager who checked us in was so kind! We definitely will be back and plan on staying at this Residence Inn.”
