“Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a full English on offer and also fruits and yoghurt. Fantastic location to get around town and for woodland walks. Parking for residents outside the hotel, £6 for 24 hours.”

“The room had a single wardrobe that was totally inadequate for our 5 night stay.
The staff were very helpfull. The outdoor pool was very nice. The breakfast was very good but the management of the restaurant during breakfast is poor for a 5 star hotel.”

“This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.”

“The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Sam, who seemed to be everywhere, and the hotel grounds were picturesque and well kept. The food at the wedding we attended was excellent.
Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the shower worked well and was a good temperature. Our only slight issue was the shower screen, which was not fully watertight, resulting in water on the floor in the bathroom, which needed hand towels to mop up the excess water,
We enjoyed our stay.”
