Welcome to Park City Jordanelle Overlook, a beautiful new-construction mountain home showcasing incredible views of Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Resort. With approximately 4,000 square feet, five en suite bedrooms, multiple gathering spaces, a private hot tub, and expansive outdoor areas, this home offers plenty of room for families and groups to relax and enjoy the mountains together.
Located in Hideout near Deer Valley East Village, Jordanelle Reservoir, and Park City, the home offers a peaceful setting with convenient access to skiing, outdoor recreation, dining, shopping, and everything the Park City area has to offer.
The Space
The main level features a bright, open-concept living area surrounded by large windows showcasing beautiful views of Jordanelle Reservoir and the surrounding mountains. Comfortable furnishings create an inviting space to gather after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Park City.
The home also features a Sonos sound system, making it easy to enjoy music while relaxing, cooking, dining, or spending time together.
A lower-level family room provides an additional gathering space where guests can spread out, relax, watch a movie, or spend time together.
With five private en suite bedrooms, the home is especially well suited for larger families and groups who appreciate having their own space while still enjoying plenty of shared gathering areas.
Kitchen & Dining
The spacious kitchen opens directly to the main living and dining areas, making it easy for everyone to stay connected. With generous counter space and plenty of room for meal preparation, the kitchen is ideal for everything from quick breakfasts before hitting the slopes to relaxed dinners at home.
