This luxurious, newly built home in the Lakeside Mayflower Community can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it perfect for multi-family escapes. The property features two beautifully appointed king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bunk room that sleeps six, and a queen bedroom with two additional overhead bunks.

Inside, the home feels open and airy, with light flooding in from oversized windows and sliding doors. The main floor boasts a spacious master bedroom, living and dining areas with Viking appliances, and a dining table that seats 8-10. The kitchen island has seating for three additional guests. Upstairs, you'll find a second spacious master bedroom, as well as two bunk rooms, one of which also contains a queen-sized bed to accommodate adults. Both masters include en suite bathrooms and a desk for a quiet workspace.

Step outside to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Jordanelle, with Deer Valley and Mayflower slopes as the backdrop. The home offers two patios, including one with a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars. Nearby, you'll find various hiking and biking trails, as well as water sports on the Jordanelle.

Coming in Winter 2025, the Lakeside Mayflower community will offer complimentary ski shuttles to the Jordanelle Express Deer Valley Gondola. The new clubhouse, located mere doors away, will feature a game room, hot tub, pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. The clubhouse will also be the pick-up point for the ski shuttle.
