“The property is nice but the staff was unfriendly and lacking customer service. I called before our stay to ask about ATV rentals the lady that answered the phone was rude and not helpful to answer any of my questions. When we arrived on property it was one unfriendly staff member after another. We ate at the resturant on propertry the food was good but the waitress never checked on us and we waited 20 minutes for the check. This was my second time staying at the lodge. “This is a really great property! Family friendly, clean, well stocked and prepared for a weekend of fun. The cabin had little moths in the upstairs bedrooms and around the cabin. Not terrible but a little annoying. We also understand it’s a cabin in the mountains. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We will definitely be back. ”
